Wowza!! We seriously get some of the best clients in the world, and truthfully 90% of our clients don’t live here in the Tampa Area. We shoot a lot of destination couples and Clint and Angie are two of them! The biggest blessing about shooting someone that doesn’t live here is that we spend a lot of time communicating back and forth about wedding details, getting to know our couples, and I wouldn’t change it for the world!!
Angie found us through a list of vendors at Lone Oak Acres, where they will also get married next March!! We met with her and Clint a few weeks ago when they came to meet other vendors and nail down some of their selections. We kept this poor couple waiting for close to an hour thanks to a wrong turn. I mean, can you fully trust Siri to know it all!? Yeah us either. We met them for dinner, and then headed to the venue to do their engagement photos and I don’t think that we could have picked a better evening!
After doing photos, we quickly learn a lot about our couples. These two—they are a match made in heaven. Two peas in a pod. These two have the best time together and its easy to feel like you have been best friends with them your entire life and seriously some of the sweetest people weW have ever met!! 🙂
Lastly, I have to share their proposal story because its the best to date so far!! Clint and Angie took a vacation back in March to Alaska and Clint was planning on proposing to Angie while they were there. Clint had learned that it was going to be rather difficult to see the northern lights given something during that time that would push the northern lights to the week after they were there. Miraculously, the northern lights showed up while they were there, but they had to venture out several times that week to even try to see them. Clint had lined up a photographer also to capture the proposal. So, after lots of code words between the photographer and running out under Northern Lights, Clint asked Angie to marry him and of course she said YES!!
Is that not the best!? Now these two are tying the knot next spring and we can’t wait to celebrate with our newfound friends!!
